One activity which really stands out from your time with us was the work you did around the creation of a new and sustainable fundraising project and summer sports campaign ‘Adaptability Games’ for Thera East Midlands.
We will be forever grateful for the way you planned, created, and managed the project from its initial inception through to its launch and all with very limited resources. You have created a unique and fully accessible event for people of all abilities to take part in. Who would have thought when you first started helping us to plan ‘Adaptability Games’ that your hard work would result in an enduring annual fundraising opportunity, that Thera Trust would adopt across the group. This is definitely a project you should be proud of as you take on new opportunities outside of Thera.
During your time with us, you have made a real difference to people with a learning disability, and we wish you all the success in the world for a bright future in fundraising within a new organisation. Any company would be lucky to have you working for them.

It has been such a pleasure to work with Alice on our Winter Appeal. From the outset, she has brought bags of positivity and creativity. She engaged with our brief, taking on board what we wanted to achieve, and then brought in her own suggestions and ideas (in a collaborative and constructive way) to supercharge our activity.
